Our menu is sourced locally and prepared daily by head chef Mark Andrew and his team. We pride ourselves on using local butchers to supply our meat and only source fish caught around the British Isles. Our unique world class tasting room accommodates a thriving wine offering, doubling up as a wine retail shop with a portfolio of around 200 wines from around the globe. All of these wines can also be drunk in house in abarbistro, giving our customers one of the biggest and best wine lists in the whole of the south of England. We also offer pre-supper tastings in Camber Wines which are informal, and add an extra dimension to your evening.View Our Wines
Our Cask Ales
Cask ales make a great addition to the selection on offer in the bar, including lager, craft beers and ciders. We have local ales from Irving Brewery and Goddard’s Brewery, alongside some classic ales Sharp’s Doombar and Timothy Taylor’s.
